Privacy Policy
This policy clearly explains which personal data we process when you visit our website, contact us or use its features, why we use it and which rights you have.

1. Data controller
The data controller is ESKADIA SOLUTIONS, S.L. (single-member company), tax ID B26857110. You can contact us at hola@eskadia.com with any question concerning privacy or data protection.
2. Data we collect
We only process the data needed to provide our services, handle requests and improve the website.
- Contact and professional data: name, email address, telephone number, company, solution of interest and message content.
- Conversation data: messages sent to the website assistant, session identifier and associated replies.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, performance, errors, referral source and campaign parameters.
- Preferences: language, country, currency and marketing-cookie choice.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, provide requested services, maintain security, prevent abuse, measure website performance and comply with our legal obligations.
Our legal bases are taking steps before entering into a contract or performing a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website securely, compliance with legal obligations and, where required, your consent. LinkedIn advertising measurement is only enabled if you accept marketing cookies.
4. Recipients and service providers
We may share data with providers that help us host the website, manage CRM and forms, automate processes, provide chat and measure performance or campaigns. These may include Vercel, LinkedIn and providers connected to Eskadia services. They process data under their agreements, instructions and applicable policies.
We may also disclose data where legally required or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When this occurs, we apply safeguards required by law, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms.
6. Retention periods
We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and then for the periods required to meet legal obligations or address potential liabilities. Business enquiries are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed; data connected to contractual relationships is retained for the applicable statutory periods.
Your marketing-cookie preference is stored for up to 12 months. Technical and analytics data is retained according to each provider's settings and retention periods.
7. Cookies and local storage
The website uses technical storage to remember preferences such as language, country, currency, session attribution or chat state. It also stores your marketing choice. The LinkedIn tag and its cookies are not loaded until you explicitly accept marketing.
You can reject marketing cookies through the notice shown on the website and delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Some preferences may be lost if you do so.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise these rights, email hola@eskadia.com and describe your request. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity. If you believe our processing is inappropriate, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your relevant supervisory authority.
9. Security and automated decisions
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, alteration, unauthorised access or disclosure. No system is completely infallible, so we review and improve these measures continuously.
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing of data collected through this website.
10. Children and policy changes
The website and our business services are not directed to children under 14. If we learn that we have received a child's data without valid authorisation, we will delete it.
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or service changes. We will publish the current version on this page and state its update date.
