What is an AI credit?

Every time you use an AI feature (generate an email, score a lead, summarize a deal...) one credit is consumed. Credits never expire and you can buy more when you need them.

Are the first bulk emails free?

Yes. Each organization gets 1,000 free emails per month included so you can try campaigns. After that, buy the pack you need.

Can I use transactional email (notifications, invoices) for free?

Yes. System transactional email (notifications, confirmations, invoices) is completely free. Email packs only apply to bulk marketing campaign sending.

What happens if I run out of credits or emails?

The platform continues working normally. You simply won't be able to use AI features or send more campaigns until you buy an additional pack.

Is there a discount for NGOs?
